Your business has outgrown its tools.

I turn outdated websites, manual workflows, and disconnected tools into one clear digital system—built around how your business actually works.

01 Proof, not promises

One good build can change how the whole business moves.

Live client platform
Ambition. Foundation. Creation.

A brochure site became the front door to a growing training business.

AFC had outgrown a site that only explained the business. I built a connected platform that helps families find the right program, move into booking, manage their sessions, and gives the team control behind the scenes.

  • Program discovery
  • Online booking
  • Client accounts
  • Admin controls

02 What I build

Not a menu of services.
A toolkit for momentum.

You bring the bottleneck. I find the smallest, smartest system that removes it.

01
GET CHOSEN

Make the first impression do more.

Replace a dated or generic presence with clear positioning, distinctive design, and a direct path from “just looking” to “let’s talk.”

02
RUN CLEANER

Turn repetitive work into a system.

Replace form-to-inbox chaos, spreadsheet pileups, and copy-paste rituals with tools shaped around how your team actually works.

GROW SMARTER

Connect the pieces you already have.

Connect the tools you already pay for so your data, customer journey, and back office create leverage—not more admin.

Don't see your exact thing?

Good. The most useful projects rarely fit into a neat category.

03 How it works

Clarity before code.
Momentum after.

01 / LISTEN

We find the real constraint.

You bring the messy version. I ask questions until the useful problem is clear.

A focused call
02 / MAP

You see the plan before the build.

Scope, priorities, timeline, and investment—written plainly, with the tradeoffs visible.

Clear proposal
03 / BUILD

Progress stays visible.

You review real working software as it takes shape. No end-of-project surprise reveal.

04 / SHIP

Ship it. Support it. Keep learning.

I test, deploy, document, and stay close while the new system proves itself inside the business.

04 Start with the friction

What’s slowing the business down?

Pick the closest answer. I’ll carry it into the project note below.

Likely starting point Positioning + a custom website

Clarify what makes the business different, rebuild the customer journey, and give every page a job.

05 The person doing the work

Big-agency thinking.
Direct-to-builder.

Kist Digital is an independent studio. The person in the first conversation is the same person shaping the strategy, designing the experience, writing the code, and launching the work.

I started this business after seeing small companies pay too much for websites that looked acceptable but solved nothing. The better model is simple: listen closely, build only what earns its place, and make the final product genuinely useful.

01 What does a project cost?

Focused landing pages typically start around $1,500. Most custom websites fall between $2,500 and $8,000, while software, portals, and app builds are scoped individually. You’ll get a fixed, plain-English proposal before work begins.

02 How long will it take?

Most sites launch in 2–4 weeks. Larger platforms usually take 4–8 weeks. The exact pace depends on scope and how quickly feedback and content move, and the timeline is agreed before kickoff.

03 Do I own the work?

Yes. Your code, design, domain, and data belong to you. There is no proprietary page builder or artificial lock-in keeping you from taking the product elsewhere.

04 What if I don’t know what to build?

That’s normal. Start with the business problem—lost leads, manual scheduling, scattered data, an outdated first impression—and we’ll decide together whether software is even the right answer.

05 What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, choose ongoing care, commission improvements as needed, or take the fully owned product to your own team.
